Happy birthday my most wonderful of wives!*
I know I gave you your present last night, but I have hidden a few small somethings around the house for you to find today as well. I love you.
The Clues
1) There’s loads of notes, but only one you can take. - found
2) I left something under the mat. - found
3) In an American yard plus four inches. - found
*I only have one, though.
RodeoClown: wishes you a happy birthday, should it be today (so pretty much just Jen. And Andy).

Happy birthday Jen! I hope you have a great day.
An American yard is just about a meter. perhaps it is 4 inches more for a meter? I’m not really sure, but know they are close.
Under the mat… Maybe there is something under Matty’s bed? or his chair? or his…. something else?
have fun hunting.

Thank you Ian. You make me so happy!
1- A card from Ian and the boys on the piano keys.
2- A packet of Tim Tams under Matthias’ mattress
3- A packet of Tim Tams in the electricity meter box. ( I like Tim Tams)
Thankyou Ian

I love you too Jen, and continue having a great day Andy - enjoy your fancy-pants fillet/prosciutto dinner.
Re: 2) It was in a box under Matthias’ bed. Getting it in there without him waking up was… fun.
3) Meter box, a yard plus four inches is a metre. And they spell that (incorrectly) as meter in the US. And a meter is a measuring thing in Australia. So it was in the electricity measuring thing.
I hope you had fun.

Aha! thanks for sharing the answers. That meter one was a complex one with about 4 steps in the logic. Very nice. What exactly are Tim Tams? if you don’t mind.

Happy Birthday Jen. I’m glad/hope you found the Tim Tams before Matthias did!
