I threw the CD away and the swearing stopped. Summary: be harshly discriminatory with what you allow to be input into your head. I can be quite foul mouthed when I hurt myself...I've been working on it lately. I also find having kids that copy my language means I am much more careful about the words I use - not that other people would necessarily call swear words what I call swear words - but some acceptable words just seem rather crass to me, so I've stopped using them.
