Rodeoclown,

I just wanted to tell you that this blog post has turned out to be of great benefit to an acquaintance of mine. I followed the link to the article and sent that link to this friend who is chronically sleep deprived because she cares for her parents 24/7. It’s given her a new appreciation of the importance of her prioritizing sleep and ideas of how to best fit that into her schedule.
