<span style="font-weight: normal;">Not</span> </strong>for ten or twenty minutes earlier or later, but the actual time that you need to get up in order to get where you need to be. Figure out how long it takes you to dress/eat/travel, and subtract that time from the time you are due. Set your alarm for this time.</p>
<p><strong>Step 2: Get up when you alarm goes off.<br />
<span style="font-weight: normal;">Yes, right when it goes off. Don&#8217;t hit snooze, don&#8217;t lie in bed. Just get up and get moving. Then you will get to your destination on time.</span></strong></p>
