I had a nice surprise when I got my last phone bill – Telstra had apparently decided to give us each a 3G data package. For $5/month, each, without bothering to consult us first. I had to spend 30 mins talking to someone at a call centre to get the stupid things removed and a refund.
If you have a Telstra mobile, check your bill and make sure they haven’t added an extra service to you too.
